We strive to maintain consistent sizing throughout our collection, and most of our styles run true to size. If you're unsure about the size of a specific style, you can find fit advice in the "Sizing" section of the individual product pages.

For sandals only available in whole sizes, we recommend choosing the closest size if you wear a half size. For example, if you usually wear a US size 7.5, order a US size 7 sandal.
Most people will find our shoes and insoles comfortable from the first time they wear them. For others, the experience may be different.
In these cases, for maximum comfort, we recommend wearing your new Vionic shoes for only a few hours in the first few days, to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of comfort and support provided by the insole. Within a week or two, you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive.
None of our products use latex-based materials.

Shipments within Italy: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:30 PM will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Orders will be delivered within 5 working days.
Please allow an extra day if your order is placed after 12:30 pm or on a weekend.
Orders are packaged and shipped only on weekdays. Weekdays are Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays:

Yes, VIONIC and the courier will send you an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package via the courier's website (Federal Express).
Yes, we process phone orders during our regular business hours. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you wish to place an order by phone, please call our customer service team at +390456719607, or send an email with your information to customercare@vionicshoe.it and we will get back to you.
Our customer service will not be available to take orders during public holidays.

If you've received a credit card decline message or a fraud alert, it means your card has been declined by our processing system. We don't provide details on why your card was declined. We recommend contacting your credit card issuer or your banking institution to find out the reason for the decline. We recommend that you do not continue trying to use your card, as it will most likely continue to be declined.

If your credit card has been declined by our system, you may see an "authorized charge" on your debit/credit card. We haven't taken any money from your account; this is simply a charge authorization.
Payment will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email (check your spam folder if it isn't in your primary inbox).
It is not possible to exchange items purchased in our online store. However, you can return unwanted items for a refund and then place a new order.
